Welcome to Universe AI Private Limited. By utilizing our machine learning models, enterprise platforms, APIs, or browsing our digital presence, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service.

1.0 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of all services offered by Universe AI Private Limited constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and our organization. If you do not agree to every clause within this document, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing our computational engines and domains.

2.0 Intellectual Property

We engineer proprietary cognitive systems. Explicitly, all AI architectures, neural network weights, software implementations, platform source code, logos, and brand assets remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Universe AI Private Limited.

No license—implied or explicit—is granted to end-users to replicate, distribute, or claim ownership over outputs uniquely stylized or generated directly from our proprietary foundational methodologies unless specifically governed by an Enterprise Licensing Agreement.

3.0 User Conduct and Restrictions

As a user operating within our ecosystem, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code or model weights of any Universe AI service or API.
• Data Scraping: Deploying automated scripts, spiders, or heavy-load bots to scrape un-apologetically from our domains or our subsidiary enterprise platforms.
• Model Distillation: Utilizing the outputs of our models to algorithmically train, tune, or distill an independent or competing artificial intelligence model.

4.0 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Universe AI Private Limited, its founders, directors, employees, or compute providers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Our systems are provided "AS-IS", and reliance on model outputs for critical life-safety execution remains the sole risk of the user.

5.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably agree that the Courts of Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms, whether surrounding AI operations, intellectual property disputes, or platform misuse.
